The invention discloses a device for quickly and accurately positioning a prestressed pipeline of a cast-in-place continuous box girder, and relates to the technical field related to bridge construction. The device comprises a bottom plate, supporting plates are fixed to the left portion and the right portion of the upper side of the bottom plate, positioning plates are symmetrically arranged on the portion, between the two supporting plates, of the upper side of the bottom plate, L-shaped plates are fixed to the front portions of the opposite side walls of the two supporting plates, inclined curved bars are fixed to the lower sides of the L-shaped plates, and T-shaped blocks are fixed to the ends, away from the L-shaped plates, of the inclined curved bars; t-shaped strip openings are formed in the positions, corresponding to the T-shaped blocks, of the upper side of the bottom plate, and buffer plates are arranged on the opposite side walls of the two positioning plates which are consistent on the left side and the right side. Through the arrangement and use of the positioning plate and the buffer plate, the effect of positioning and placing is completed, follow-up installation is facilitated, meanwhile, certain buffer capacity is achieved, it is guaranteed that a pipeline can be stably and rapidly positioned, and meanwhile through the arrangement of an inclined curved bar and a T-shaped block, surface blocking is achieved, and the probability that the pipeline position deviates is reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于现浇连续箱梁预应力管道快速精确定位的装置,涉及桥梁施工相关技术领域。本发明包括底板,底板上侧的左右部位均固定有撑板,两个撑板之间的底板上侧呈对称设置有定位板,两个撑板相对侧壁的前部位固定有L形板,L形板的下侧固定有倾斜曲杆,倾斜曲杆远离L形板的端部均固定有T形块;底板的上侧对应T形块的位置处均开设有T形条口,左右方一致的两个定位板相对的侧壁位置均设置有缓冲板。本发明通过定位板和缓冲板的设置使用,完成定位放置的作用,以便后续的安装,同时具备一定的缓冲能力,保证管道能够被稳定的快速定位,同时倾斜曲杆和T形块的设置,以此实现表面出现阻挡,降低管道位置出现偏移的概率。
