The air in the core wall is sucked into the side pipe and sucked into the inner pipe through the filter element sleeve and the filter holes, so that clay is gradually adsorbed and drawn close by reducing the air pressure in the core wall, the internal density of the core wall is enhanced, and the permeation condition caused by density reduction due to looseness is avoided; therefore, the core wall can still have a good anti-seepage and water-stopping effect after being used for a certain period of time.
