The invention provides a modular drilling platform. The modular drilling platform comprises a drilling platform body and branch trestles on the periphery of the drilling platform body. The drilling platform body comprises a keel structure supported by a plurality of steel pipe piles, the keel structure comprises a main keel and a secondary keel fixed to the main keel through a connecting component, a distribution beam is arranged between the top of each steel pipe pile and the main keel, and the bottom of each steel pipe pile is inserted into a riverbed. According to the construction method, loads are reasonably distributed to the steel pipe piles through the distribution beams, reliable supporting is formed through the steel pipe piles, and the steel cofferdam structure is directly constructed on the brackets of the cofferdam bottom keels by integrally lifting the cofferdam bottom keels, so that the construction time of platform dismantling and bottom keel mounting is shortened, the construction risk is reduced, and the construction period is shortened; and streamlined operation is adopted during construction of the drilling platform and the steel casing, so that the steel consumption is reduced, and the construction cost is low.
