The invention provides a segmented installation method for an array type flexible inclinometer, which comprises the following steps of: determining a pre-installation position of the array type flexible inclinometer in mass concrete, and reserving an operation space; a first section of inclinometry casing pipe is installed above the operation space, a flexible inclinometer and a tensioning auxiliary device matched with the flexible inclinometer are placed in the inclinometry casing pipe, and it is guaranteed that no relative displacement is generated between the flexible inclinometer and the inclinometry casing pipe in the installation process through downward force applied to the flexible inclinometer by the tensioning auxiliary device; the inclination measuring casing pipe and the flexible inclinometer are newly added along with bin pouring, the length of the steel strand for hanging the heavy object is increased, the tension auxiliary device applies downward tension to each section of the flexible inclinometer, and it is guaranteed that no relative displacement is generated between the flexible inclinometer and the inclination measuring casing pipe in the installation process. The deformation of the flexible inclinometer caused by each installation is effectively controlled, so that the data acquired by the flexible inclinometer is deformed due to structure and environment coupling, and the effectiveness of deformation monitoring data in the dam construction period is ensured.
