Method for improving bearing capacity of steel pipe pile
The invention discloses a method for improving the bearing capacity of a steel pipe pile. The method comprises the following steps that the steel pipe pile is sunk to the needed elevation; a rotary excavating and bottom expanding grouting device is adopted for conducting rotary excavating in the steel pipe pile core to the pile end position; the bottom expanding blade in the folded state is unfolded through the control device and excavates downwards to a preset depth, the excavated soil body is conveyed to the rotary excavating blade through the spiral bottom expanding blade and is conveyed upwards through the rotary excavating blade, and a bottom expanding space is formed at the bottom of the steel pipe pile; after bottom expanding is completed, grouting is conducted through a grouting pipe, and a curing agent is injected through a curing agent injection pipe; the bottom expanding blade and the rotary excavating blade are arranged in an overlapped mode, and the rotary excavating bottom expanding grouting device is recycled; the slurry and the curing agent form an expanded end at the bottom of the steel pipe pile after solidification. The method solves the technical problem that the initial bearing capacity of resonance-free pile sinking of the steel pipe pile is insufficient, the bearing capacity of the pile foundation can be rapidly and quantitatively increased according to requirements, and the construction period is shortened to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种提升钢管桩承载力的方法,包括如下步骤:使钢管桩沉桩至需要标高;采用旋挖扩底注浆装置在钢管桩桩芯内进行旋挖至桩端位置处;通过控制装置使折叠状态下的扩底刀片展开,向下开挖至预设深度,开挖的土体通过螺旋状的扩底刀片运至旋挖刀片,并通过旋挖刀片向上运输,在钢管桩底部形成扩底空间;扩底完成后,通过注浆管进行注浆,通过注固化剂管注入固化剂;使扩底刀片与旋挖刀片叠合设置,回收旋挖扩底注浆装置;浆液和固化剂凝固后在钢管桩底部形成扩大端头。该方法解决了钢管桩免共振沉桩初期承载力不足等技术问题,且能根据需求快速和定量增大桩基承载力,最大限度缩短工期。
