A grouting device for a complex foundation in constructional engineering effectively solves the problems that when grouting and stirring are separately arranged for use in a conventional grouting device for constructional engineering, installation and use are not convenient, cost is high, and meanwhile existing foundation grouting equipment lacks the adaptive capacity for coping with the complex foundation; the device comprises a base, and is characterized in that the upper portion of the base is fixedly connected with a stirring barrel, a spiral stirring body is arranged in the stirring barrel, the upper end of the stirring barrel is fixedly connected with a funnel, the lower portion of the rear side of the base is provided with a grouting pipe, and the lower portion of the rear side of the base is provided with a grouting pipe. The lower portion of the front side of the base is rotationally connected with a first gear, a first shell is arranged in the stirring barrel, the first shell and the spiral stirring body can rotate along with rotation of the first gear, the lower portion of the first shell is evenly and rotationally connected with a plurality of second stirring bodies, and all the second stirring bodies can rotate along with rotation of the first shell.
