The adjusting speed change system is composed of an electromagnetic turbine transmission, a heat dissipation device, a speed change interaction dial plate, a control system and an alternating current variable frequency motor; the slurry stirring system comprises a transmission pipeline, a slurry stirring pipeline and a stirring device; the using method comprises a constant-temperature heating process, a speed change control process, a stirring treatment process and a slurry outflow process. The device can change the outflow speed of slurry through electromagnetic driving, has the functions of temperature regulation, stirring, cleaning and the like, and can prevent the conditions of slurry overflow and slurry splashing, thereby reducing environmental pollution and slurry waste, and also preventing slurry blockage.
