The invention provides a pile bottom grouting system based on a hollow pile and a pile bottom grouting method thereof, a pile bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the hollow pile, a grout outlet hole is formed in the pile bottom plate, and the grout outlet hole is movably connected with a protection component hole; a grout relay device is arranged on the upper surface of the pile bottom plate and comprises a grout relay cavity and a butt joint device, the grout relay cavity is communicated with the grout outlet hole, the butt joint device is used for being connected with a movable grouting pipe in the hollow pile, and after grouting pressure reaches a set value, grout flows out of the grout outlet hole. The movable grouting pipe is matched with the grout relay device to conduct pile bottom grouting, the influence of grouting on pile pressing construction is reduced, and meanwhile the grouting pipe can be repeatedly used; in addition, the grouting hole is provided with a protection component, soil can be prevented from entering the pile in the pile pressing process, and the grouting hole can be opened under the grouting pressure without affecting normal grouting.
本发明提供了一种基于中空桩的桩底注浆系统及其桩底注浆方法，中空桩底部设有桩底板，桩底板上开设有出浆孔，出浆孔活动连接有保护构件孔；在桩底板上表面设有浆液中继装置，浆液中继装置包含有浆液中继腔和对接器，浆液中继腔和出浆孔相连通，对接器用于和中空桩内的活动注浆管相连，注浆压力达到设定值后，浆液从出浆孔流出。本发明通过活动注浆管与浆液中继装置相配合进行桩底注浆，减少了注浆对压桩施工的影响，同时注浆管可以重复利用；此外，注浆孔配置有保护构件，压桩时可以起到避免泥土进入，并且在注浆的压力下可打开注浆孔不影响正常注浆。
