The implantation position of the pipe joint is close to the installed pipe joint, the pulling and closing distance after implantation of the immersed pipe is small, and the offset of the axis of the tail end of the curved-section immersed pipe is small; the axis position of the tail end of the pipe joint is controlled through the control pipe joint tail end installation cable, and the axis deviation of the curve segment immersed pipe installation tail end can be controlled easily.
本发明是一种曲线段沉管安装尾端轴线控制方法,具体步骤为:泊系完成;管节第一次铰移;沉放准备;管节第二次铰移;管节第一次下放,沉管在距对接端0.8m‑1m的位置处进行第一次下放至距基床设计顶标高10.2m;调整纵坡,通过调整四个吊装在沉管顶部的L缆使得沉管纵波与碎石基床坡度一致;管节第二次下放至沉管底端距基床顶设计标高0.2m;管节第三次铰移;管节第三次下放至设计底标高;管节着床;拉合对接;水力压接。本发明管节着床位置距离已安管节近,沉管着床后拉合的距离小,曲线段沉管尾端轴线偏移量小;利用控制管节尾端安装缆控制管节尾端轴线位置,有利于控制曲线段沉管安装尾端轴线偏差。
