The cover body module and the well lid module are connected in a buffering mode through the buffering mechanism, so that when the well lid is impacted by air flow generated after explosion, the well lid cannot be impacted away and only rises upwards by a certain height, and therefore generated high-temperature flames and air flow are discharged upwards from the flame guiding mechanism on the well lid; and liquid stored in the well lid can be discharged into the flame guiding mechanism under the action of the liquid discharging mechanism, and high-temperature flames and airflow are cooled.
