The invention discloses a construction method for optimizing flatness and perpendicularity of a non-dismantling heat preservation formwork. The construction method comprises the following steps that wall body steel bars are bound; a disassembly-free heat preservation formwork is installed on the outer side; a three-section type water stop screw rod is installed; an inner formwork, a limiting clamping piece and a connecting piece are installed on the inner side of the wall body steel bar; mounting a support system; concrete is poured to form a base layer wall body; the supporting systems on the two sides, the inner formworks and the outer rods on the two sides are dismantled; and a limiting chuck is installed and connected, the outer side face of the limiting chuck is used for being flush with the outer side plate face of the disassembly-free heat preservation formwork, or the limiting chuck is used for abutting against the outer side face of mesh cloth embedded in the plastering layer and is located in the plastering layer. The flatness and perpendicularity of the outer side of the disassembly-free heat preservation formwork can be effectively controlled by installing the disassembly-free heat preservation formwork firstly and then installing the inner formwork. And meanwhile, the potential quality hazard of non-dense plugging of the hole of the split screw in the later period is further reduced, and the construction efficiency and the engineering quality of the cast-in-place concrete engineering of the non-dismantling heat preservation formwork are improved.
本发明公开了一种免拆保温模板平整度垂直度优化施工方法,其包括如下步骤:绑扎墙身钢筋;在外侧安装免拆保温模板;安装三段式止水螺杆;在墙身钢筋的内侧安装内模板以及安装限位卡件和连接件;安装支护系统;浇筑混凝土以形成基层墙体;拆除两侧的支护系统、内模板及两侧的外杆;安装连接限位卡盘,限位卡盘的外侧面用于与免拆保温模板的外侧板面平齐或者限位卡盘用于抵靠在抹面层中内嵌的网布外侧面并位于抹面层内。通过先安装免拆保温模板再安装内模板,能够有效控制免拆保温模板外侧的平整度和垂直度。同时,进一步减少后期对拉螺杆孔洞封堵不密实的质量隐患,提高免拆保温模板现浇混凝土工程的施工效率和工程质量。
