The invention belongs to the technical field of photovoltaic building mounting plates, and particularly relates to an assembly type building photovoltaic plate mounting structure, which comprises a plurality of mounting mechanisms, each mounting mechanism comprises a vertical fixing strip and a transverse fixing strip uniformly arranged on the vertical fixing strip, so that a plurality of cross-shaped structures are formed; first fixing grooves are formed in the transverse fixing strips and the vertical fixing strips, a plurality of through holes are formed in the front side faces of the first fixing grooves and used for being connected with the photovoltaic modules in a clamped mode, limiting holes corresponding to the through holes are formed in an installation frame of the photovoltaic modules, and clamping fixing pieces are inserted into the limiting holes to be fixed; fixing columns matched with the limiting holes and the through holes are arranged on the sides, close to the vertical fixing strips and the transverse fixing strips, of the clamping fixing pieces. A second fixing groove is formed in the rear side of the first fixing groove and is used for inserting a waterproof plate; the invention further provides a photovoltaic power generation system comprising the fabricated building photovoltaic panel mounting structure. The waterproof effect is remarkably improved, disassembly is easy, the installation efficiency is improved, and the installation cost is saved to a certain extent.
