The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure construction, in particular to a vertical arc-shaped steel structure installation method which comprises the following steps that a vertical arc-shaped steel structure is divided into a plurality of hoisting units, and each hoisting unit at least comprises two arc-shaped beams; assembling and welding are conducted according to the pre-divided hoisting units, and the horizontal secondary beams between every two arc-shaped beams are welded and fixed; sequentially hoisting each hoisting unit in place; and finally, the horizontal secondary beam between every two hoisting units is installed. By arranging the hoisting unit, the problem that a single arc-shaped beam is prone to rotating or swinging in the hoisting process is solved, the stability in the hoisting process is improved, the construction safety is improved, meanwhile, due to the fact that the hoisting stability is improved, the hoisting assembly can be positioned easily, and the positioning efficiency is improved; when the method is used for installing the arc-shaped steel structure, at least a common number of aerial welding operations are reduced in the construction process, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及钢结构施工技术领域,特别是涉及一种竖向弧形钢结构的安装方法,包括如下步骤:将竖向弧形钢结构划分为若干个吊装单元,每个吊装单元至少包含两根弧形梁;按照预先划分的吊装单元进行组焊,将每两个弧形梁之间的水平次梁焊接固定;依次将每个吊装单元吊装就位;最后安装每两个吊装单元之间的水平次梁;通过设置吊装单元,避免了单根弧形梁吊装过程易转动或摆动的问题,提高了吊装过程中的稳定性,增加了施工安全性,同时,由于吊装稳定性的提升,有利于吊装组件的定位,提高了定位效率;应用本方法进行弧形钢结构安装,施工过程中至少减少了一般数量的空中焊接作业,降低了施工难度,提高了施工效率。
