The invention relates to an anti-explosion door body and a preparation method thereof.The anti-explosion door body comprises a door core assembly, a first panel and a second panel, the first panel and the second panel are opposite, the door core assembly is located between the first panel and the second panel and fixedly connected with the first panel and the second panel, and the first panel is fixedly connected with the second panel. The door core assembly comprises a frame, a plurality of first core plates and a plurality of second core plates, the first core plates and the second core plates are connected with the frame, and the first core plates and the second core plates are located in a space defined by the frame and connected in an inserted mode to form a plurality of annular units. According to the technical scheme, the first core plate and the second core plate are both integrally formed and form the multiple connected annular units similar to the honeycomb shape in the inserted connection mode, the annular units do not need to be fixedly connected in a welding mode, and therefore the overall strength of the door core is remarkably improved.
