The invention discloses an intelligent door and window with an anti-theft system. The intelligent door and window comprises a window body main frame, two fixed window frames and two movable window frames. A control connecting rod is arranged in the middle of the window body main frame, a controller is arranged in the middle of the front face of the control connecting rod, a control assembly is arranged between the top of the control connecting rod and the top of the window body main frame, two anti-theft frames are arranged in the middle of the window body main frame and close to the back face, and two linkage mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the window body main frame. The linkage mechanism comprises a rotating gear, a first stirring toothed plate and a second stirring toothed plate. The two anti-theft frames are arranged on the part of the back face of the window body structure in a sliding mode, so that the anti-theft frames and the whole window body structure form a whole, the anti-theft frames and the whole window body structure are safer and more convenient to use in the installing and erecting process, the anti-theft frames are designed in a sliding mode, and therefore the anti-theft frames are not in a totally-closed mode, and sliding enclosure is conducted according to shielding requirements; and while the anti-theft shielding is ensured, the waste of materials can be reduced.
