A prefabricated inverted arch bridge erecting machine comprises a first supporting mechanism, a prefabricated inverted arch hoisting trolley, a hoisting support and a bridge body arranged in the longitudinal direction, the bridge body is arranged on the first supporting mechanism in a liftable mode, longitudinal guide rails are arranged on the portions, on the two longitudinal sides of the first supporting mechanism, of the hoisting support, and the longitudinal guide rail on at least one side can move in a reciprocating mode. And the prefabricated inverted arch hoisting trolley is arranged on the longitudinal guide rail.
