Through the reasonable mechanical conduction structure of the stand columns, the main beams and the water tanks, the large-span stand column spacing can be achieved, the space utilization rate is improved, the transverse water tanks and the longitudinal water tanks are matched to enable the gap between any two adjacent photovoltaic assemblies to be located above the water tanks and to be communicated with the water tanks, and the overall waterproof effect of the photovoltaic support structure is achieved. The back of the photovoltaic module is fixed, so that the problem that people are not easy to return to a room under the condition that the roof photovoltaic module is fully paved is solved. And meanwhile, in later operation and maintenance, the fault assembly can be quickly dismounted from the back of the photovoltaic assembly.
本发明提供了一种防水光伏支架结构,包括立柱、主梁、水槽以及光伏组件,所述立柱支撑主梁,所述主梁支撑水槽;所述光伏组件的下部通过连接组件与水槽紧固连接,任一两个所述光伏组件相邻的侧边均紧固连接在同一个水槽上,且任一两个所述光伏组件相邻的侧边形成的间隙均与对应的水槽连通。通过立柱、主梁以及水槽合理的力学传导的结构,可实现大跨距立柱间距,提高了空间利用率,由横水槽和纵水槽配合使任一相邻两个光伏组件之间的间隙均位于水槽上方并与水槽连通,起到光伏支架结构整体的防水作用。光伏组件的背面固定解决了屋面光伏组件在满铺的情况下,人员不易返回屋内的情况。同时后期运维针对故障组件可以从光伏组件背面进行快速拆除。
