The chemical grouting material comprises the following components: a hydraulic gelled cement base material, desulfurized gypsum, polycarboxylic acid powder, silicon powder, a waterproof filler, an acrylate aqueous solution, liquid epoxy resin and a viscosity-reducing curing agent. According to the invention, the loofah core complex fibers are added into the grouting material, and the shape and size of the loofah core complex fibers are controlled, so that after the slurry is solidified, the connection strength of internal material molecules can be increased and the dispersity can be reduced through a network structure formed by the loofah core complex fibers, the solidification time is short, the strength is rapidly improved, the impermeability is strong, and the coating is convenient; the water-retaining agent has the characteristics of no corrosion to metals and good water-retaining property. The concrete has good fatigue resistance, creep resistance and water channeling resistance, can meet different climatic environment conditions, and ensures that the freezing resistance, the impermeability and the chemical erosion resistance of the concrete are superior to those of other products.
