The invention discloses a travertine-imitated ceramic tile with large-opening irregular holes and small-opening holes and a preparation method of the travertine-imitated ceramic tile. The travertine-imitated ceramic tile comprises a bottom material layer and a surface material layer from bottom to top, large-opening irregular holes and small-opening holes are distributed in the fabric layer; the large-opening irregular hole irregular circle or irregular polygon is formed by irregular protrusions distributed on the rubber face of the inner surface of an upper die in a die for pressing powder into a ceramic tile blank body.
