Fabricated composite pavement structure and construction method thereof
The assembly type composite pavement structure comprises unit prefabricated slabs and an asphalt concrete layer, the unit prefabricated slabs are provided with tenons and grooves, the four side end faces of each unit prefabricated slab are each provided with a semi-arc-shaped connecting hole penetrating from the side end face where the corresponding unit prefabricated slab is located to the upper plate face of the corresponding unit prefabricated slab, and after every two adjacent unit prefabricated slabs are attached and spliced, the corresponding semi-arc-shaped connecting holes are formed in the upper plate face of the corresponding unit prefabricated slab. The ends of every two opposite semi-arc-shaped connecting holes are connected in series to form an arc-shaped connecting hole used for allowing an arc-shaped bolt to penetrate through, the upper plate face is further provided with a triangular cone groove, and the construction method of the pavement structure comprises the step of laying the unit prefabricated slabs, the asphalt concrete layer and the like. According to the assembly type composite pavement and the construction method thereof, the unit prefabricated slabs which can be produced in batches in advance are adopted for assembly, and the pavement only comprises the unit prefabricated slabs and the anchoring mechanisms, so that the assembly type composite pavement is easy to produce in batches and recycle, simple to assemble and low in cost. The pavement has the advantages of both a cement concrete pavement and an asphalt concrete pavement, and is short in construction period, smooth in pavement and long in service life.
本发明提出一种装配式复合路面结构包括铺单元预制板和沥青混凝土层,单元预制板设有凸榫和凹槽,单元预制板四个侧端面均设有由其所位的侧端面贯穿至单元预制板上板面的半弧形连接孔,相邻两块单元预制板贴合拼接后,相对的两个半弧形连接孔端部串接形成用于穿设弧形螺栓的弧形连接孔,上板面还设有三角锥槽,该路面结构施工方法包括铺设单元预制板和沥青混凝土层等。本发明的装配式复合路面及其施工方法在采用可预先大批量生产的单元预制板进行组装,路面组成部件仅为单元预制板与锚定机构,不仅易于大批量生产和回收重复利用,且装配简单,路面同时兼具水泥混凝土路面和沥青混凝土路面的优点,施工周期短,路面平整,使用寿命长。
