The main tower top lifting system comprises hydraulic lifting equipment and a main tower overturning support, and the main tower overturning support is rotatably connected with one end of a main tower; the hydraulic jacking equipment comprises a hydraulic crawler, a supporting rod and a jacking turnover support, and one end of the supporting rod is rotatably connected with the jacking turnover support; the other end, away from the jacking overturning support, of the supporting rod is connected with the other end, away from the main tower overturning support, of the main tower. The hydraulic crawl device is movably connected with the supporting rod and can crawl in the extending direction of the supporting rod. The hydraulic crawl device can drive the other end of the main tower to rotate around the main tower overturning support when crawling towards the side away from the jacking overturning support, and the main tower rotates to drive the supporting rod to rotate around the jacking overturning support.
