A prestressed rib beam plate composite structure system comprises a steel pipe concrete column, a U-shaped composite steel main beam, a steel secondary frame beam and a double-beam plate composite floor slab, the steel pipe concrete column is composed of an outer steel pipe and inner pouring concrete, the U-shaped steel main beam comprises double webs, an upper flange, a bottom plate and concrete, the U-shaped steel main beam is connected with the steel pipe concrete column in a welded mode, and the steel secondary frame beam is connected with the steel pipe concrete column in a welded mode. The double-beam plate composite floor slab comprises a double-beam prefabricated plate and post-cast reinforced concrete, the two ends of the double-beam prefabricated plate are fixedly connected with the U-shaped steel main beam respectively, and the steel secondary frame beam is connected with the steel pipe concrete column in a welded mode and arranged in the direction parallel to the span direction of the double-beam prefabricated plate. The double-beam prefabricated slab, the U-shaped steel main beam and the steel secondary beam are poured into a whole through the post-poured reinforced concrete and the concrete in the U-shaped steel main beam. The double-beam plate and the secondary frame beam used in the large-span direction are variable cross-section beams, the beam height in the large-span direction is small, the floor height can be reduced, the main body of the double-beam plate combined structure system is mainly of a steel structure, the allowable deformation is large, and the column cross section can be reduced.
