The prefabricated multi-layer integrated wallboard is divided into an outer facing layer, a supporting layer, a filling layer and an inner layer, and the outer facing layer is an aluminum-magnesium-manganese rock wool sandwich board; a supporting layer is arranged on the inner side of the outer facing layer and adopts a square tube frame, and a light steel structure system is arranged in the middle; a gap of the supporting layer is filled with a filling layer, and the filling layer is made of rock wool; the inner sides of the supporting layer and the filling layer are connected with the inner layer through C-shaped keels, the inner layer comprises a calcium carbonate plate and an inner decoration plate which are arranged in a stacked mode, the calcium carbonate plate and the inner decoration plate are connected through an auxiliary keel, and a prefabricated pipeline passage is arranged in the inner layer. The device is compact in structure and easy to implement, and the consumed time of wall surface construction can be effectively shortened.
本发明公开了一种预制多层集成一体化墙板，分为外饰面层、支撑层、填充层和内层，外饰面层为铝镁锰岩棉夹芯板；外饰面层内侧为支撑层，采用方管框架，中间采用轻钢结构体系；在支撑层的间隙填充有填充层，填充层采用岩棉；支撑层及填充层内侧通过C型龙骨连接内层，内从包括层叠设置的碳酸钙板和内饰板，在碳酸钙板和内饰板之间通过副龙骨连接，其内设有预制管线通路。本发明结构紧凑、易于实现，能有效地降低墙面施工的耗费时间。
