The invention relates to a spiral suspended sightseeing elevator and a construction method thereof, the spiral suspended sightseeing elevator comprises a sightseeing elevator body and an inhaul cable, the sightseeing elevator body is spiral, and the spiral structure of the sightseeing elevator body comprises at least one layer; the sightseeing elevator body comprises a plurality of sections of ramps which are welded and fixed; the ramps comprise floor supporting section ramps and suspended section ramps, the starting position and the final position of each layer of the sightseeing elevator body are the floor supporting section ramps, and the suspended section ramps are arranged between the floor supporting section ramps; the suspended section ramp comprises inhaul cable installation sections, the sightseeing elevator body on the same floor comprises two inhaul cable installation sections, and the two inhaul cable installation sections and a floor supporting section at the initial position of the sightseeing elevator body on the same floor are distributed in a three-point mode. During construction, the ramps are firstly constructed section by section, and then the ramps are installed section by section from bottom to top.
