Formwork structure at deformation joint, formwork and construction method of building outer wall
The invention discloses a formwork structure at a deformation joint, a formwork and a construction method of a building outer wall. The formwork structure comprises a non-dismantling heat preservation formwork embedded in the deformation joint, metal formworks arranged on the two sides of a wall body and a formwork reinforcing device. The two non-dismantling heat preservation formworks are arranged in a back-to-back mode, and a preset anchor bolt is arranged between the two non-dismantling heat preservation formworks. The preset anchor bolts are fixed on wall steel bars; when the metal formworks on the two sides are closed, opposite-pull screws penetrate through the metal formworks, the wall and the disassembly-free heat preservation formworks and then are tensioned and reinforced. According to the formwork structure adopting the scheme, when a building outer wall with a narrow deformation joint is constructed, pouring can be conducted on the two sides at the same time, a heat preservation plate can be arranged at the position of the deformation joint, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved. The reinforcing mode is simple and easy to master by constructors, a thermal bridge at the deformation joint can be eliminated under the condition that simultaneous formwork erecting and pouring on the two sides are completed, and the energy utilization rate is greatly increased.
本发明公开了一种变形缝处的模板结构、模板及建筑外墙的施工方法,模板结构包括嵌入在变形缝处的免拆保温模板,设置在墙体两侧的金属模板,以及模板加固装置;所述免拆保温模板采用两块背靠背设置,中间设置预置锚栓;预置锚栓固定在墙体钢筋上;两侧金属模板合模时,应用对拉螺杆穿过金属模板、墙体、免拆保温模板后拉紧加固。应用该方案的模板结构能够在有狭窄变形缝的建筑外墙施工时,同时对两边进行浇筑,且能够在变形缝位置设置保温板,有效提高了施工效率。加固方式简单施工人员容易掌握,在完成两侧同时支模浇筑的情况下能消除变形缝处热桥,极大的提高了能源的利用率。
