The invention discloses a fireproof door linkage control system in rail transit. The fireproof door linkage control system is characterized by comprising a signal system and an FAS system; the signal system is used for performing full-automatic unmanned control on the operation of the train; the FAS system is used for controlling opening and closing of the fireproof door according to the fire alarm signal; and the signal system is connected with the FAS system and is used for realizing linkage control between the signal system and the FAS system. The method has the advantages that the method is suitable for linkage control between an automatic unmanned driving system and a fireproof door FAS system, and linkage safety control over the fireproof door of the system and vehicle driving is guaranteed; once collision happens to a full-automatic unmanned train and a fireproof door, the actual effect of full-automatic unmanned driving of the rail transit train can be greatly influenced, and even safety accidents can be caused. According to the linkage control scheme provided by the invention, operation errors caused by human factors can be effectively reduced, and the safety and reliability of operation are improved.
