The invention discloses a lightweight filler and a preparation method and application thereof, the lightweight filler takes an inorganic cementing material as a main material, inorganic fiber, ferrous sulfate, a saturated magnesium sulfate solution, diethanol amine and a foaming agent are added, and the inorganic cementing material comprises light calcined magnesia and desulfurized gypsum. The light calcined magnesia and the desulfurized gypsum are used as main cementing materials, meanwhile, a certain amount of inorganic fibers, a saturated magnesium sulfate solution, diethanol amine and other materials are also used, magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate and the desulfurized gypsum are used for rapid stirring foaming in the initial stage, hydration condensation is conducted within 1 h, and a porous material with the low volume weight is formed; and the residual magnesium oxide continuously reacts with carbon dioxide in the air, so that the strength is further improved. Wherein in the hydration coagulation process, the desulfurization gypsum adjusts the initial setting time and the final setting time, the diethanol amine plays a role of a catalyst, so that the final setting can prevent the collapse of the foaming filler within 1 hour, and the added inorganic fiber can increase the toughness.
本发明公开了一种轻质填充料及其制备方法、应用,轻质填充料,以无机胶凝材料作为主要材料,并添加有无机纤维、硫酸亚铁、饱和硫酸镁溶液、二乙醇胺和发泡剂,所述无机胶凝材料包括轻烧氧化镁和和脱硫石膏。本发明采用轻烧氧化镁与脱硫石膏作为主要的胶凝材料,同时还有一定量的无机纤维,饱和硫酸镁溶液、二乙醇胺等材料,主要是初期利用氧化镁和硫酸镁、脱硫石膏快速搅拌发泡,在1h内水化凝结,形成容重低的多孔材料,剩余的氧化镁继续和空气中的二氧化碳反应,进一步增加强度。其中在水化凝结过程中,脱硫石膏调节初凝和终凝时间,其中二乙醇胺起到催化剂的作用,使得在1h内终凝防止发泡填充体的塌缩,加入的无机纤维增加韧性。
