Environment-friendly high-temperature suspension stabilizer
The invention relates to an environment-friendly high-temperature suspension stabilizer which comprises modified polyester and quartz sand. The weight part ratio of the modified polyester to the quartz sand is 9: 1; the preparation method of the modified polyester comprises the following steps: crushing polyester resin, dispersing the crushed polyester resin in alcohol, heating to 150-170 DEG C, adding a catalyst zinc acetate, and keeping for 0.5-1.5 h; and cooling to 90-100 DEG C, adding a caustic soda solution, keeping for 1.5-2.5 hours, cooling to room temperature, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and drying a solid phase to obtain the modified polyester. The invention further discloses a cement paste system prepared from the environment-friendly high-temperature suspension stabilizer. The cement paste has the beneficial effects that a cement paste system cannot be layered at a high temperature, and the cement sedimentation stability is good and can be adjusted.
本发明涉及环保型高温悬浮稳定剂,包括改性聚酯、石英砂;所述改性聚酯:石英砂,按重量份算为9:1;所述的改性聚酯,其制备时:将聚酯树脂粉碎后,分散于醇中,升温至150℃‑170℃,加入催化剂醋酸锌,保持0.5~1.5h;再降温至90℃‑100℃,加入烧碱溶液,保持1.5h‑2.5h,降温至室温,进行固液分离,固相干燥后即为改性聚酯。还公开了利用环保型高温悬浮稳定剂制成水泥浆体系。本发明达到的有益效果是:水泥浆体系在高温下不会出现分层的情况、水泥沉降稳定性好且能调节。
