The invention discloses a stepped anti-slip base plate and a cable saddle of a stay cable, the stepped anti-slip base plate is used for being matched with the end part of a cable saddle of a sub-wire pipe for installation, the base plate comprises steps with the same layer number as that of the sub-wire pipe, each layer of step is provided with a hole channel corresponding to the sub-wire pipe, and each sub-wire pipe is equal to a prestressed tendon pipeline formed by the corresponding hole channel in length. According to the stepped anti-slip base plate and the cable saddle of the stay cable, the length difference between the adjacent wire dividing pipe layers is compensated through the stepped anti-slip base plate, so that the lengths of all layers of prestressed tendon pipelines are the same, namely, the distances between anti-slip keys at the two ends of prestressed tendons installed on the same cable saddle are the same; the prestressed tendons with the anti-sliding keys can be prefabricated in a factory, and during site construction, the sizes and specifications of the prestressed tendons are the same, so that the prestressed tendons are not easy to be disordered and mistaken.
本发明公开了一种阶梯式抗滑垫板及斜拉索索鞍,用于与分丝管索鞍端部配合安装,所述垫板包括与分丝管层数相同的台阶,每层所述的台阶上设有与分丝管相对应的孔道,每根所述分丝管与其相对应孔道形成的预应力筋管道长度相等。本发明公开的一种阶梯式抗滑垫板及斜拉索索鞍,通过阶梯式抗滑垫板对相邻分丝管层的长度差进行补偿,使每层预应力筋管道的长度相同,即安装在同一索鞍的预应力筋上两端抗滑键的间距相同,带有抗滑键的预应力筋可以实现工厂预制,在现场施工时,预应力筋的尺寸和规格相同,不易混乱、不易出错。
