The invention discloses a multi-dimensional stirring device and method for in-situ remediation of contaminated soil. The device comprises a support. The upper end of the power box is connected with the top of the support through a lifting mechanism, a rotating power unit is arranged in the power box, and the rotating power unit transmits rotating power to the inner rod and/or the outer pipe which are coaxially arranged through a transmission assembly; one end of the inner rod is connected with the transmission assembly, the other end of the inner rod penetrates through a gear box and is connected with a bevel gear pair in the gear box, two driven bevel gears in the bevel gear pair are respectively connected with stirring shafts, and the two stirring shafts are arranged at an included angle; the outer pipe is coaxially sleeved outside the inner rod, one end of the outer pipe is connected with the transmission assembly, and the other end of the outer pipe is fixedly connected with the gear box; and the guniting pipe is connected to the outer part of the outer pipe. Multi-dimensional rotary stirring soil cutting can be formed, and soil stirring is more uniform. When the isolation wall is constructed, the constant-thickness continuous stirring isolation wall body is obtained, the input cost of construction equipment is saved, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明一种污染土原位修复多维搅拌装置及方法。装置包括支架；动力箱，其上端通过升降机构与所述支架顶部连接，动力箱内设有旋转动力单元，旋转动力单元分别通过传动组件将旋转动力传输至同轴布置的内杆和/或外管；所述内杆一端与所述传动组件连接，另一端穿过一齿轮箱与所述齿轮箱内的锥齿轮副连接，锥齿轮副中的两个被动锥齿轮上分别连接有搅拌轴，两根搅拌轴呈夹角设置；外管同轴套接在所述内杆的外部，外管的一端与所述传动组件连接，外管另一端与所述齿轮箱固定连接；喷浆管，连接在所述外管外部。本发明能够形成多维回转搅拌切土，土体搅拌更均匀。隔离墙施工时候，得到等厚的连续搅拌隔离墙体，节约了施工设备投入成本，节约施工造价。
