The grouting layer comprises a fixing part arranged between the outer wall of the embedded pipe and the inner wall of the second preformed hole and a slope making part arranged between the upper end of the embedded pipe and the upper end of the second preformed hole, the inner wall of the slope making part is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the upper end of the slope making part is a large-diameter end; an isolation layer is fixed to the inner wall of the slope making part and comprises a filter plate and non-woven fabric flatly laid on the filter plate, a mounting hole for mounting the water tank is formed in the middle of the filter plate, and the space between the water tank and the inner wall of the slope making part is filled with the non-woven fabric. The invention further discloses a construction method of the water tank floor drain waterproof structure. By the adoption of the scheme, the problem that accumulated water on the ground may permeate into mortar through gaps of the brick layer can be solved.
