The invention discloses a construction process of a drill cylinder down-the-hole hammer for foundation construction under complex geological conditions, which belongs to the field of drilling and comprises the following steps of: measuring and positioning on a construction site foundation, planning a pile foundation construction sequence and placing a drilling machine in place; a drilling barrel down-the-hole hammer drilling tool is adopted, a drilling machine is started, a drilling barrel rotates to drill downwards, meanwhile, quantitative water is injected into a drill hole, and after a certain depth, drilling slag is pumped out; when drilling is conducted to the complex hard stratum, the down-the-hole hammer stretches out of the drill barrel, air is pressed into the piston barrel, the down-the-hole hammer vibrates, the down-the-hole hammer strikes and crushes the complex hard stratum, and drilling continues to be conducted downwards after the down-the-hole hammer penetrates through the complex stratum; and after downward drilling is conducted to the designed depth, a grouting pipe is started to suck sediment at the bottom of the hole to clean the hole, and after hole cleaning is completed, the drill cylinder down-the-hole hammer drilling tool is lifted upwards, concrete is poured into the drilled hole in a pressing mode till the whole pile foundation construction is completed, and the next pile position is transferred. For various complex geological conditions, the foundation construction technology process is simple, the drilling tool does not need to go out of the well repeatedly, and practicability is high.
