Reclaimed material drying and heating equipment and method
The invention relates to the technical field of aggregate regeneration equipment, in particular to regenerated material drying and heating equipment and method. The equipment comprises a drying roller, a hearth, a combustor, a coarse material conveying device and a fine material conveying device, the fine material conveying device comprises a fine material bin, an impeller feeder, a gas-material mixing pipe, a fan and a spiral conveying pipe, the gas-material mixing pipe is provided with a gas inlet, a gas-material outlet and a fine material inlet, and the spiral conveying pipe is arranged in the hearth in a surrounding mode along the inner wall of the hearth. The inlet end of the spiral conveying pipe is connected with the gas-material outlet of the gas-material mixing pipe, and the outlet end of the spiral conveying pipe extends into the discharging ring. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that coarse waste asphalt and fine waste asphalt are respectively heated by only adopting one drying roller, the occupied area of the device is reduced, most of dust generated by conveying the fine waste asphalt is left in the drying roller and the discharging ring, the working load of a dust removal device is reduced, and meanwhile, the utilization rate of powder in the fine waste asphalt is increased.
本发明涉及骨料再生设备技术领域,特别涉及一种再生料烘干加热设备及方法。该设备包括烘干滚筒、炉膛、燃烧器、粗料输送装置、细料输送装置,所述细料输送装置包括细料仓、叶轮给料器、气料混合管、风机、螺旋输送管,所述气料混合管设有进气口、气料出口、细料进口,所述螺旋输送管沿炉膛内壁环绕布置于炉膛内,螺旋输送管进口端与气料混合管的气料出口连接,出口端延伸至出料环内。仅采用一烘干滚筒实现了对废旧沥青粗料与细料的分别加热,减少了设备占地面积,输送细料产生的粉尘大部分存留于烘干滚筒及出料环内,减少了对除尘装置的工作负荷,同时提高了细料中粉料的利用率。
