According to the modified alkali-resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete and the preparation process thereof, the cement matrix effect of sulphoaluminate is adopted, the alkalinity of sulphoaluminate is low, the probability that glass fibers are corroded and embrittled due to hydration products is small, and the prepared glass fiber reinforced concrete is stable in long-term breaking strength, high in strength and good in durability. Glass fiber reinforced plastic is prepared by taking glass fiber woven cloth as a reinforcing agent and epoxy resin as a binder and is poured together with the concrete, so that the bending strength and the compression strength of the concrete can be greatly improved; and the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber, the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber and the basalt fiber have a synergistic effect, so that the compressive strength, the bending strength and the dry shrinkage performance of the glass fiber reinforced concrete can be further improved, and the prepared glass fiber reinforced concrete has good applicability.
本发明公开了改性耐碱玻璃纤维增强混凝土及其制备工艺,本发明通过采用硫铝酸盐的水泥基体作用,其碱度较低,水化产物导致玻璃纤维发生腐蚀及脆化机率较小,制备的玻璃纤维增强混凝土长期抗折强度稳定,而通过以玻璃纤维织布为增强剂,环氧树脂为粘结剂制备玻璃钢与混凝土一同浇筑,可以能使混凝土的弯曲强度和压缩强度得到大幅提高,通过粉煤灰含量和玻璃纤维含量的优选配比,以及选用聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维、超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维和玄武岩纤维的协同作用,能够进一步提高玻璃纤维增强混凝土的抗压强度和抗弯强度以及干缩性能,进而让该制得的玻璃纤维增强混凝土具有良好的适用性。
