Super-hydrophilic film layer and preparation method thereof
According to the super-hydrophilic surface, a hydrophilic aluminosilicate film layer attached to a base material serves as a first layer, and a hydrophilic hydroxyapatite film layer of a three-dimensional through porous structure serves as a second layer. Under the vacuum condition, aluminum silicate particles are fully pre-melted through an electronic gun and then are evaporated on the surface of the base material, and a first layer is obtained; and after the hydroxyapatite is fully pre-melted by the electron gun, the hydroxyapatite is evaporated on the surface of the first layer to form the second layer. The aluminosilicate priming coat is good in coating operability and applicability to a base material, small in internal stress of a film layer and high in adhesive force. The hydroxyapatite coating is stable in hydrophilic performance, long in service life and capable of keeping hydrophilic in the dark. The water drop angle of the film layer can still be kept to be smaller than 10 degrees after the film layer stands for 1 month at the room temperature, the water drop angle of the surface of the film layer is still kept to be smaller than 20 degrees after 2500 times of wear-resistant steel wool, the visible light transmittance is larger than 90%, and the water drop angle of the surface of the film layer is smaller than 20 degrees after 168 hours of neutral salt mist. The application range of the super-hydrophilic film layer is increased from a conventional glass substrate to materials such as ceramic, metal and polycarbonate.
一种超亲水表面,附着在基材上的亲水的铝硅酸盐膜层为第一层,三维贯通的多孔结构且亲水的羟基磷灰石膜层为第二层。在真空条件下,利用电子枪将铝硅酸盐颗粒充分预熔后,蒸镀在基材表面,得到第一层;电子枪将羟基磷灰石充分预熔后,蒸镀在第一层的表面形成第二层。铝硅酸盐打底层镀膜可操作性和对基材适用性好,膜层内应力小,附着力强。羟基磷灰石涂层亲水性能稳定、使用寿命长,且在黑暗中也保持亲水性。该膜层室温下静置1个月仍能保持水滴角<10°,耐磨钢丝绒2500回后表面水滴角仍维持<20°,可见光透过率>90%,中性盐雾168小时后表面水滴角<20°。超亲水膜层的应用范围,从常规的玻璃基材,增加至陶瓷,金属以及聚碳酸酯等材料。
