The invention discloses a foam concrete construction platform and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction.The construction platform comprises a plurality of supporting column sets which are used for being arranged at intervals along the edge line of a pouring area and comprise first supporting columns and second supporting columns which are arranged at intervals; each connecting unit group comprises a plurality of connecting units which are arranged at intervals in the height direction of the supporting column group, and the two ends of each connecting unit are connected with the first supporting column and the second supporting column respectively; the panels are arranged on the outer sides of the second supporting columns and used for being connected with a side slope to define a pouring area; and the construction plates are detachably arranged on the adjacent connecting units in the horizontal direction. A first-layer connecting unit and a panel are installed in a supporting column set, a construction plate is arranged on the first-layer adjacent connecting unit, foam concrete with the height of the installed panel is poured, a second-layer connecting unit and the panel are installed on the construction plate, the process is repeated till pouring is completed, the construction period can be greatly shortened, and waste of manpower and material resources is reduced; and the construction efficiency is further improved.
