The invention provides a non-static pressure type photovoltaic support prefabricated pipe pile foundation construction method. The method comprises the steps that (1) a site is leveled; (2) pile position paying-off; (3) hole guiding and chambering; (4) cleaning holes; 5) constructing a positioning cushion layer; (6) the prefabricated pipe pile is in place; (7) a bottom foam concrete reinforcing layer is constructed; (8) stone-removed soil backfilling is conducted on the original foundation; (9) a top foam concrete reinforcing layer is constructed; and 10) heat preservation and maintenance. A drilling machine is adopted for micro-reaming under the stone-containing geological condition, the hole guiding technology is improved, original foundation soil and foam concrete are combined in a composite reinforcing mode, a cushion layer is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated pipe pile, and reinforcing layers are arranged at the positions, making contact with the soil layer, of the bottom side and the top side, so that bonding between the soil layer and the prefabricated pipe pile is enhanced; and the low-density foam concrete is light in self weight, so that the additional stress of the foundation structure on the foundation can be effectively reduced, and the overall stress reliability and stability of the foundation structure are enhanced through the composite structure.
本发明提供了一种非静压式光伏支架预制管桩基础施工方法,包括1)场地平整;2)桩位放线;3)引孔和扩孔;4)清孔;5)定位垫层施工;6)预制管桩就位;7)底部泡沫混凝土补强层施工;8)原地基除石土回填;9)顶部泡沫混凝土补强层施工;10)保温和养护。本发明采用钻机在含石地质条件下微扩孔,对引孔工艺进行改进,并将原地基土与泡沫混凝土复合补强结合,在预制管桩底部设置垫层、底侧与顶侧接触土层位置设置补强层的方式,加强了土层与预制管桩之间的黏结,且低密度的泡沫混凝土自重轻因而能够有效降低基础结构对地基的附加应力,此种复合结构增强了基础结构整体的受力可靠性和稳定性。
