The invention discloses a prefabricated electromagnetic arch shell structure for large-span reconstruction of a subway station and a reconstruction method. Comprising multiple pairs of arch shell bearing units. One end of the arch shell bearing unit is fixed with the side surface of the top longitudinal beam through a top connecting steel plate, and the other end is fixed with a bracket structure for erecting a middle plate on the side wall of the subway station; magnetic anchor blocks are embedded in the inner sides of the ends, connected with the bracket structures, of the arch shell bearing units; a steel pull rod is arranged between the parts, provided with the magnetic anchor blocks, of each pair of arch shell bearing units; low-resistance magnets internally provided with alternating-current coils are arranged at the two ends of the steel pull rod; the electromagnetic force of the alternating current coil is adjusted by the power supply and intelligent control terminal according to requirements by controlling the current intensity. During reconstruction, installation of all the arch shell bearing units is completed firstly; corresponding alternating current coils are arranged at the two ends of the steel pull rod; and finally, chiseling off a part of middle columns within the bearing range of the arch shell bearing unit to form a three-hinged arch stress system. According to the invention, materials for reconstruction are saved, the weight of a newly added structure is reduced, and the reconstruction speed and the construction efficiency are improved.
本发明公开了用于地铁车站大跨度改建的预制电磁拱壳结构及改建方法;包括多对拱壳承载单元;拱壳承载单元一端与顶纵梁的侧面通过顶连接钢板固定,另一端与地铁车站的侧壁用于架设中板的牛腿结构固定;拱壳承载单元与牛腿结构连接的端的内侧埋设磁力锚块;每对拱壳承载单元设有磁力锚块部位之间设有钢拉杆;钢拉杆的两端设有内设交流线圈的低阻磁体;交流线圈由供电及智能控制终端根据需求通过控制电流强弱调节电磁力大小。改建时,先完成所有拱壳承载单元的安装;然后在钢拉杆的两端设置相应的交流线圈;最后凿除对拱壳承载单元承载范围内的部分中柱形成三铰拱受力体系。本发明更加节省改建的用料、降低新增结构的重量、提高改建速度和施工效率。
