Comprising an upper-section box body, an upper-section chain wheel is rotatably installed in the upper-section box body through a shaft, and a driving assembly used for driving the upper-section chain wheel to rotate is further installed in the upper-section box body; the middle-section box body is detachably mounted at the bottom of the upper-section box body; the lower-section box body is detachably mounted at the bottom of the middle-section box body, and a lower-section chain wheel is rotatably mounted in the lower-section box body through a shaft. Through the arrangement of structures such as the lower-section chain wheel, the scraper assembly on the transmission chain can be driven to work based on rotation of the upper-section chain wheel and the lower-section chain wheel, and during the period, raw soil and other materials scraped by the scraper assembly partially enter the side groove through a gap of the transmission chain and then slide into the lower-section chain wheel through a through opening; and crushing and stirring are performed by rotating and aligning the crushing blade plates, so that the crushing and stirring mixing effect and efficiency are improved.
