The hydraulic braking system comprises a hydraulic oil tank, a liquid supply pump, a pressure reducing valve set, a pedal braking valve, a two-position four-way valve and an energy accumulator, the liquid inlet end of the liquid supply pump is connected with the hydraulic oil tank, the liquid outlet end of the liquid supply pump is connected with the pressure reducing valve set, the pedal braking valve is connected with the pressure reducing valve set, and the two-position four-way valve is connected with the energy accumulator. The input end of the two-position four-way valve is connected with the pressure reducing valve set through an oil way, the output end of the two-position four-way valve is connected with the front axle and the rear axle, the energy accumulator is arranged at the input end of the two-position four-way valve, the two-position four-way valve is provided with a first LS signal end, and the first LS signal end feeds back an output LS signal to the liquid supply pump. Compared with the prior art, a hydraulic oil way control mode is adopted to replace a gas cap oil control mode, the brake reliability can be effectively improved, brake pressure linear adjustment is achieved, and the brake performance is further improved.
本发明公开一种液压制动系统,包括液压油箱、供液泵、减压阀组、脚踏制动阀、二位四通阀以及蓄能器,供液泵的进液端与液压油箱连接,供液泵的出液端与减压阀组连接,脚踏制动阀与减压阀组连接,二位四通阀的输入端与减压阀组通过油路连接,二位四通阀的输出端与前桥和后桥连接,所述蓄能器设置在二位四通阀的输入端,所述二位四通阀上设有第一LS信号端,第一LS信号端将输出的LS信号反馈至供液泵。与现有技术相比,本发明采用液压油路控制代替气顶油的控制方式,能够有效提高制动可靠性,实现制动压力线性调节,进一步提升制动性能。
