The adjusting and supporting device comprises a supporting plate, a supporting rod, an adjusting rod and a driving assembly, and the driving assembly is electrically connected with the electrical storage device; the driving assembly drives the adjusting rod to move, the adjusting rod drives the sliding block to slide in the sliding groove, then the photovoltaic panel is driven to generate different inclination angles to collect solar energy, and the requirements of users at different stages are met.
