The invention provides a hidden hinge which comprises a frame hinge assembly and a leaf hinge assembly, and the frame hinge assembly comprises a mounting frame used for being detachably connected with a door frame; the hinge base is fixedly mounted in the accommodating cavity of the mounting frame; the leaf hinge assembly comprises a fixing plate and a hinge cantilever, the fixing plate is used for being detachably connected with a door leaf, the hinge cantilever is used for being connected with the fixing plate and the rotating shaft sleeve, and the hinge cantilever is rotationally closed in the leaf hinge assembly and can stretch into the containing cavity of the mounting frame; the rotating shaft sleeve is hinged to the hinge base through the hinge rotating shaft; and the elastic supporting seat is used for elastically supporting the rotating shaft sleeve.
