The invention discloses a preheating method of combustion-supporting air of a lime rotary kiln, which comprises the following steps: the combustion-supporting air is introduced into a cooling machine consisting of a cooling chamber and a grid plate through a fan and is in countercurrent contact with clinker horizontally arranged in the cooling machine for heat exchange, the combustion-supporting air is preheated to over 700 DEG C and enters a kiln head to participate in combustion, and the clinker is cooled to below 100 DEG C; and storing in a stock bin. According to the method, physical heat carried by clinker with the temperature of about 1000 DEG C is fully utilized in a staged preheating mode, the material temperature is reduced to about 50 DEG C while combustion air is preheated, the combustion efficiency is improved, and the energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects are remarkable.
本发明公开了一种石灰回转窑助燃空气的预热方法,其包括:助燃空气经风机引入由冷却室和篦板组成的冷却机,与冷却机内水平布置的熟料逆流接触,进行热量交换,助燃空气被预热至700℃以上,进入窑头参与燃烧,熟料被冷却至100℃以下,进入料仓储存。本发明通过分级预热的方式,充分利用温度约1000℃的熟料所携带的物理热,在预热助燃空气的同时将物料温度降低至约50℃,提升燃烧效率,节能降耗效果显著。
