本发明提供一种利用风化岩制备的道路基层混合料按重量计,包括以下组分:水泥3%~6%,固化剂0~0.04%,风化岩强化粗集料54%~67%,风化岩强化细集料30%~40%;本发明采用复合稳定风化岩制备道路基层,可以有效解决山区公路修建过程中碎石短缺的问题,同时也实现了路基挖方弃渣的高效利用,节约了土地资源,降低了道路修筑成本;采用风化岩集料强化+固化胶凝技术,大大提高传统风化岩基层的抗冲刷性能性能,进而提高道路抵抗水毁的能力,保障了道路安全,节约了后期道路运营成本。
