The sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. The silica sol accounts for 6-15% of the total mass of the components. According to the sol-combined hearth self-flowing castable, chromium carbide, metal aluminum powder and metal titanium powder are added, titanium-aluminum-carbon ternary layered ceramic with high melting point, high hardness, high thermal stability, high oxidation resistance and high compactness is generated in situ at high temperature in the using process, through holes are filled, and the castable has remarkably higher high-temperature performance.
