Bridge floor continuous structure
The invention provides a bridge deck continuous structure. The bridge deck continuous structure comprises a prefabricated concrete bridge deck, an isolating layer, a concrete layer and a plurality of unbonded steel bars. The bottom of the prefabricated concrete bridge deck is fixedly connected with the upper surfaces of the two adjacent steel plate beams; the top of the prefabricated concrete bridge deck is provided with grooves which are symmetrical along the center line of the bridge pier and are in the longitudinal bridge direction. The isolation layer is laid at the bottom of the groove; the groove is filled with the concrete layer, and the concrete layer covers the upper portion of the isolation layer. The concrete layer is made of a high-performance elastic cement-based composite material; the plurality of unbonded steel bars are pre-buried in the middle of the concrete layer in the transverse bridge direction; a sleeve is arranged in the middle of each unbonded steel bar; the part, extending out of the sleeve, of each unbonded steel bar is connected with a steel bar in the prefabricated concrete bridge deck in the longitudinal bridge direction. The bearing capacity and the crack resistance of the bridge deck continuous structure of the simply supported girder bridge can be effectively improved.
本发明提供了一种桥面连续结构,包括:预制混凝土桥面板、隔离层、混凝土层和多根无粘结钢筋;所述预制混凝土桥面板的底部与相邻的两个钢板梁的上表面固定连接;所述预制混凝土桥面板的顶部开设有沿桥墩中心线对称且沿纵桥向的凹槽;所述隔离层敷设在所述凹槽的底部;所述混凝土层填充在所述凹槽中,覆盖在所述隔离层的上方;所述混凝土层由高性能弹性水泥基复合材料制成;所述多根无粘结钢筋沿横桥向预埋在所述混凝土层的中部;每根无粘结钢筋的中部均设置有套管;每根无粘结钢筋伸出套管的部分均与所述预制混凝土桥面板中的沿纵桥向的钢筋连接。应用该发明可以效地提高简支梁桥桥面连续结构的承载力及抗裂性能。
