The invention discloses a construction method of a hollow pier diaphragm plate assembled by a trapezoidal section beam. A pier column diaphragm plate of a flat plate structure is split into a plurality of prefabricated transverse diaphragm beams with trapezoidal sections and a diaphragm plate cast-in-place part with an inverted triangular section, wherein the diaphragm plate cast-in-place part is positioned between the transverse diaphragm beams; a diaphragm is prefabricated on the ground, reserved steel bars are arranged on the two sides of the diaphragm, and a hoisting ring is arranged at the top; diaphragms are installed on the inner chamfers of the hollow thin-wall pier, the diaphragms are arranged in parallel, and the bottom edges of the adjacent diaphragms are tightly attached to form an inverted triangular diaphragm cast-in-place part; the corresponding reserved steel bars on the adjacent diaphragm beams are connected through connecting steel bars, concrete of cast-in-place parts of the diaphragm plates is poured, and the complete large-section diaphragm plate structure of the ultrahigh hollow thin-wall pier is formed. When the method is adopted for construction of the diaphragm plate, the step of installing a template on a conventional cast-in-place section is omitted, the construction efficiency is improved, the material consumption is reduced, the hoisting weight of a single body is reduced, a support or other supporting systems do not need to be additionally erected, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
一种梯形截面梁装配的空心墩横隔板的施工方法,将平板结构的墩柱横隔板拆分为若干预制的梯形截面的横隔梁和位于横隔梁间的截面为倒三角形的横隔板现浇部分;在地面预制横隔梁,横隔梁两侧设有预留钢筋、顶部设有吊装环;将横隔梁安装在空心薄壁墩内倒角上,横隔梁平行设置,相邻横隔梁底边紧贴,形成倒三角形横隔板现浇部分;相邻横隔梁上对应的预留钢筋采用连接钢筋连接,浇筑横隔板现浇部分混凝土,形成完整的超高空心薄壁墩大断面横隔板结构。采用该方法进行横隔板施工,省却了常规现浇段安装模板的步骤,提高了施工效率,减少了材料消耗,并降低了单体吊装重量,且无需另外搭设支架或其他支撑体系,降低了施工成本,节约了施工工期。
