Connecting and holing method for underground diaphragm wall on side face of sewage lifting pump station and water inlet tank culvert
The invention discloses a connecting and holing method for an underground diaphragm wall on the side face of a sewage lifting pump station and a water inlet box culvert. The method comprises the steps that 1, reinforcing beams and reinforcing columns are arranged at the positions, corresponding to rectangular holes, of the inner side of the underground diaphragm wall; 2, by taking each reinforcing column as the center, chiseling a plurality of rectangular ranges which are 1-3 times of the width of the reinforcing column and comprise the height of two reinforcing beams as first chiseling areas; 3, a reinforcing column supplement section is arranged in the corresponding first chiseling area along each reinforcing column; 4, the underground diaphragm wall between every two adjacent first chiseling areas is chiseled away, and a connecting section side wall is arranged; 5, steel bars of the reinforcing beam supplement sections are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the reinforcing beams, between the reinforcing column supplement sections and the adjacent to-be-joined section side partition walls; 6, pouring the reinforcing beam supplementary section; and 7, constructing a water inlet box culvert, connecting the water inlet box culvert with the rectangular hole, and chiseling off side walls of all connection sections. On the premise that construction safety and convenience are guaranteed, construction efficiency can be further improved.
本发明公开了污水提升泵站侧面地下连续墙与进水箱涵的连接开洞方法,1、在地下连续墙内侧,对应矩形孔洞的位置设置加固梁和加固柱;2、以每一加固柱为中心,凿除1倍至3倍加固柱宽度,及包含两根加固梁高度的多个矩形范围作为第一凿除区域;3、沿每一加固柱在相应的第一凿除区域内设置加固柱增补段;4、凿除每两个相邻的第一凿除区域之间的地下连续墙,并设置衔接段侧墙;5、在每一加固柱增补段和相邻的待衔接段侧隔墙之间,对应每一加固梁的位置均设置加固梁增补段的钢筋;6、浇筑加固梁增补段;7、施工进水箱涵,将进水箱涵与矩形孔洞连接,并凿除所有衔接段侧墙。本发明在保证施工安全性和便利性的前提下,能进一步提高施工效率。
