The invention discloses a high-rise building structure for a data center. The high-rise building structure comprises a plurality of floors, and each floor is composed of a bottom floor and a plurality of standard floors located above the bottom floor; each standard layer comprises a power distribution unit, a machine room unit and a refrigeration unit; the refrigeration unit comprises an air conditioner maintenance platform and a plurality of indirect evaporation natural cooling air conditioners arranged on the air conditioner maintenance platform; the power distribution unit, the machine room unit and the refrigeration unit are isolated from one another through isolation walls, and a refrigeration opening of the refrigeration unit is communicated with the interior of the machine room unit; the power distribution unit comprises a first power transformation and distribution room and a second power transformation and distribution room. The first power transformation and distribution room is electrically connected with the machine room unit and the refrigeration unit through underground cable pipe trench wiring. The second power transformation and distribution room is electrically connected with the machine room unit and the refrigeration unit through wiring in an overhead wire duct. According to the invention, the problems of fault range spread and high PUE between systems are solved.
