Recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of recycled concrete, which comprises the following steps: soaking recycled aggregate in a nano calcium carbonate suspension to obtain recycled aggregate in a saturated water state; treating the recycled aggregate in the saturated water state to obtain the recycled aggregate in a saturated surface dry state; mixing the recycled aggregate in the saturated surface dry state with a cementing material and water to obtain prefabricated recycled concrete; the prefabricated recycled concrete is placed in a curing box with the temperature of 10-20 DEG C and the relative humidity of 70-90% to be cured until a carbonized layer appears on the surface of the prefabricated recycled concrete, and the recycled concrete is obtained. The recycled aggregate saturated and treated by the nano calcium carbonate suspension is used for prefabricating the recycled concrete, the recycled concrete is cured in a set curing box, nano calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide continuously migrate to the surface of the recycled concrete through the migration effect of a pore solution, and calcium hydroxide makes contact with carbon dioxide to be subjected to a carbonization reaction, so that a compact carbonization protection layer is formed; erosion media in the environment are prevented from entering the concrete, and the durability of the recycled concrete is effectively improved.
